Pardis Maya Pazira leads PM Atelier’s creative direction across interior architecture, spatial planning, materials, lighting, furnishing and detail.Her approach begins with close attention to the client and the place. She considers how a space should feel, how it needs to function, and how its individual elements can form a coherent whole.Through the agreed stages of each commission, Pardis develops this direction into increasingly resolved design decisions. Her focus is on maintaining a clear relationship between the original brief, the experience of the space and the details that give it character.

Azin Mehr Pazira leads PM Atelier’s brand strategy and market analysis.Her work focuses on understanding audiences, positioning and the wider context in which the atelier operates. She brings this perspective to how the practice defines its services, communicates its approach and connects with clients and professional partners.
Working alongside Pardis’s design direction, Azin contributes a strategic understanding of the relationship between the atelier’s identity, its offer and the people it serves.
